The Transrapid high speed doors are sturdy and flexible and divided into categories –K, M and –G (according to door size).
The Transrapid doors are designed for high wind forces and if necessary a steel windpressure bar will be integrated into the curtain with double cam-rollers. Depending on the size there is a solution for every situation. Because of its design, the door is suitble for heavy duty use in the most extreme conditions.
Standard equiped with tensioning system
The Transrapid doors are standard equiped with a tensioning system. This system put tension on the doorcurtain enabling to withstand high windloads.
Standard equiped with balancing system
There are also standard equiped with a balancing system. This enables to door to make a mechanical emergy opening by pulling the handle. This standard emergency opening allows to maintain transport even under extreme circumstances.
